Offices (commercial). Late C19. Ham stone with brick backing, ashlar finish; Welsh slated roof between coped gables banded in two colours, with brick stack on right-hand side (left-hand stack truncated to stone base). 3-storeys 5-bay facade. Rusticated stone bands at head of each floor level, including under eaves cornice: prominent kneeler coping brackets. Central archway for wagons flanked by two doorways, all with stilted segmental arches with rusticated surrounds having prominent springer and keystones; 4-pane sash window to each side set in architrave (the lower middle glazing bar removed in each case): 5-sashes of 4 panes to both first and second flows all set in architraves: that to the central first floor window lugged and heeled. 3-first floor windows retain ornamental cast iron retainers to cills. Interiors not inspected. These properties included for group value for the May in which they help to close the end vista in Silver Street.
