Villa c1830. Ashlared local Stone, quite plain, with Welsh slated hipped roof having wide eaves overhang, and rendered chimney stack right-hand side, 2-storeys 3-bay facade with 16-pane sliding sash windows in staple openings.

Projecting flat roofed porch with slender Tuscan columns and entablature. Side walls with swept curved copings, rendered, with niches. Two contemporary stone gate piers to low front boundary wall. Interior not seen.
