EGLINGHAM Al NU 12 SE (West side) 3/147 West Linkhall Farmhouse II

House, c.1840. Tooled-and-margined stone; Welsh slate roof. Square villa plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays, symmetrical. Chamfered plinth. Central flat-roofed porch with 8-pane sash, renewed door on left return, and moulded cornice; 12-pane sash windows with slightly-projecting sills. Eaves cornice on paired moulded brackets. Hipped roof with 2 stepped ridge stacks, the upper parts rendered. Left return shows similar fenestration, the right return blind windows. Rear elevation shows central arched stair window with radial-glazed head.

Single-storey outbuildings on north are not of special interest.
