House now office. Late C18. Red brick with rusticated quoins and dentilled eaves; slate Mansard roof behind a plain rendered parapet; brick stacks. 2 storeys and attic; 3 windows; glazing bar sashes with, gauged brick heads and painted stone sills; central 6 panelled dour with plain architrave; flanking pilasters capped by fluted brackets and an open base pediment; semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars; 3 flat roofed attic; dormers. To the left a semi circular 2 storey bay belonging to the Vest elevation projects; it has glazing bar sashes with painted plaster lintels.
