Description

The photographer's notes state: 'Village Street. Near view of the same houses as in No 1097 photo, excepting that No 1 is out of the picture on right. E. side of the street from the further side of the hedge, that bounds the street on the west side, and is close to the river. In the distance can be seen Rutland Cottages with a portion of the Bull Inn to the right'.

The houses shown in this photograph are now known as 1-11 River Cottages, Main Road.
