North Lodge, Whitewebbs Road - Enfield
Small Victorian Gothic stuccoed cottage of one storey and an attic, with a steep-pitched roof of fishscale tiles with barge-boarded gable ends. The building has been empty and neglected for many years and part of the building was subject to unauthorised demolition works for which the Local Authority undertook enforcement action and extensive works to secure and protect the building. Change of ownership is likely to secure the future of the site and discussions are at an early stage with the Local Authority and Historic England.
