Holland House, Kensington High Street W8 - Kensington and Chelsea
Remains of a large C17 mansion of considerable architectural and historic importance damaged during World War II. The east wing is occupied as a youth hostel and the courtyard used for summer opera events. The Local Authority has carried out major works on both wings to repair defective rainwater goods, balustrading and stonework to the north. The east wing has undergone repairs to the windows and repointing. Further inspection is required to review risk factors.
