Presbyterian Chapel, 109, Borough Road SE1 - Southwark
Former Presbyterian chapel, 1846. Consent was granted in 2006 for facade retention. South Bank University has since secured Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for a scheme to convert the building for student and community use. Major works were underway before the Covid-19 pandemic when the scheme was halted. Funding changes have resulted in the need to review the scheme. The Council and Historic England are in discussion with the owners, London South Bank University.
