Pair of gate piers 204 metres east of entrance to Home Farm, Park Lane, Hampstead Marshall - West Berkshire (UA)

Gate piers to house which burnt down in 1718. The piers remain in the north west corner of the park. Some of the bricks have eroded; there is vegetation growth to the tops; severely cracked stone and fractures through brickwork and a shell niche. A programme of repairs needs to be agreed and taken forward by the owners.
