Stover Park, Teigngrace - Teignbridge

Late C18 gardens, pleasure grounds and park in divided ownership. A large area of the park is run by the County Council as a country park and other parts developed as mineral workings. The main house and environs are in use as a school. The setting is under threat from development, including road widening and housing allocation. A parkland plan was produced through a Natural England Stewardship Scheme in 2014. An application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund successfully secured funding for restoration works in 2020.
