Higher Abbott's Wootton Farmhouse, Abbott's Wootton Lane, Whitchurch Canonicorum - Dorset (UA)
Former monastic site, now farmhouse. Following sale in 2017, significant unauthorised works were undertaken internally. There was a partial collapse of the historic ceiling at first floor level and cracks were visible on the east gable. Following lengthy discussions with the owner's architect, contractor and Dorset Council, works to reverse the inappropriate unauthorised work and repair the building were underway in late 2020.
