Magdalen College Chapel, Brackley, Northamptonshire

A hospital, free chapel and graveyard were built on an acre of land at Brackley in 1150. The chapel was founded by Robert ("Le Bossu") Earl of Leicester, who died in 1168, as the chapel of St John's Hospital . The whole chapel was restored in 1746. It was then restored again for the use of Magdalen College School in 1869-70.
