Arleston Manor House, Arleston, Telford and Wrekin

Arleston Manor was formerly a hunting seat of the Lords Forester. It was built in the early 17th century by Francis Forester (it has dates of 1614 and 1630 on some timbers). According to local tradition it was built as a hunting lodge for king James I.
