HIGH BICKINTON HIGH BICKINGTON SS 59 20 14/96 Churchyard wall approximately 30 - metres to the north of the Church of Saint Mary

GV II

Churchyard wall. Probably C18. Cob on high coursed stone rubble plinth and with pantiled coping. The wall runs in a wide arc (approximately 45 metres long) along part of the north side of the churchyard of Saint Mary's (q.v.). Six bays divided by square buttresses/piers. The third bay from the east has been rebuilt in stone rubble, probably in the C19.
