The Report commissioned from Wessex Archaeology by English Heritage assesses the usefulness of existing geophysical and geotechnical survey data for identifying unkown marine heritage in the approaches to Liverpool. It covers the potential for identifying both submerged prehistoric archaeology and shipwrecks. This applied research forms part of the National Heritage Protection Plan Activity on identifying previously unknown marine heritage.
