The plan is entitled 'Osborne R.N. Cadets College & Workshop'. As well as the college and workshop, some estate buildings and other buildings are shown. There are the initials G.A.D in the bottom left corner and numbers 10448 and 4390/5 in the bottom right corner. On the back of the item is stamped 'Osborne Naval College', and 'General Plan' is written in red ink.
