House. c1843. Pinkish-brown brick in English Garden Wall bond to right with painted stucco to front and left facades and Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 first-floor windows, including deeply recessed bay to left. Chamfered plinth. Roll-moulded step to off-centre entrance a 6-panel door with fanlight within round-arched recess with engaged porch of Doric pilasters, frieze, blocking course. Left recess: continuous sill band, round-arched window in oblong surround with plain reveals, first-floor band. Otherwise 6/6 sashes throughout, those to ground floor with moulded architrave, frieze and cornice, and all with plain reveals and sills. Frieze. Hipped roof. End stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
