Early C19 house. Stuccoed. Low pitched hipped roof of new tiles, with wide eaves. Two storeys. Three windows. Three-light casements with pointed head lights. Central two-storey semi-circular bay the centre of which is recessed and supported on two octagonal columns with four-light first floor window behind and doorway on ground floor in moulded architrave.

Including garden wall in front, brick with ramped and roll moulded coping and brick dentils.
