Shown on OS Map as 4 East Street. House with shop. Early C19, altered late C19; early C20 shop front. Rendered brick with pantile roof and rebuilt ridge stack. EXTERIOR: 3-storey 1-window front. Shop front with half-glazed door and 2-light display window incorporating blind box to ground floor. Canted bay window to first floor with 0/0 and 2/2 horned sashes. One 8/8 unhorned sash to second floor. High parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected.
