One of a pair of large town houses. c.1828 by John Nash with (Sir) James Pennethorne. Stucco, slate roofs. Part of the southern termination of Nash's Via Triumphalis. 3 storeys, attic storey, basement and dormered mansard. 5 windows wide with full height bow on the north corner to right hand of front, 5 window north return with west end bays advanced. Large enclosed Ionic column porch in the advanced part of north return. Recessed glazing bar sash windows, those on ground, 1st and 2nd floors with cornices on consoles. Plat band to 2nd floor. Moulded cornice and balustraded parapet. Cast iron spear head area railings.
