Detached cottage. Mid C19. Pebbledashed Flemish bond brick, fishscale tiled roof with ridge tiles, gable-end brick stacks.

Two-storey, 3-window. Central 6-panelled door in lean-to porch, either side is pointed 2-light margin-pane casement with fanlight and keystone. First floor has three pointed 2-light margin-pane casements with fanlights and keystones. Attached to either side are 2-storey C20 extensions with casements and pantiled roofs.

Rear has half-glazed C20 door with flat wooden hood, C20 bay window to right and small 4-pane sashes to left. First floor has two 2- light and one 1-light casement.

Interior has 4-panelled doors and stairs with stick balusters.
