House, now offices. Early C19 (before 1831). Limestone ashlar, rubblestone to the rear, slate roof coped to gable ends, to brick lateral stacks to rear of main block, now truncated. 3-unit plan with central stairhall and later 2-storey rear outshut. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range; 6/6-pane sash windows; 6 flush panels to the door, which is glazed to the top; platband. The rear outshut has ashlar quoins to all corners including the vertical joint. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: a limestone rubble wall approx 2m high is attached to the left and curves backward for approx 15m.
