Circa 1830 villa. Two storeys stuccoed. Low pitch hipped slate roof, eaves cornice, band between storeys. Four windows (one window bay added), two in shallow bow through both storeys, recessed, sash, except on bow which has original French windows, glazing bars intact, block sills. Honeysuckle balcony to first floor of bow.

Nos 34 to 58 (even) with No 1 Wood Street form a group.
