Early C20 red brick and terra cotta. Perpendicular. 2 storeys. 3 bays, centre projects with octagonal shafts and shaped panelled parapet, large central 1st floor 5-light perpendicular window, porch below with rounded moulded arch with flanking arches and inscription above. On either side the ground floor projects slightly with 3-light perpendicular window, shaped parapet and octagonal corner shaft, above a lancet and above that a shaped parapet. Included for group value.

Nos 18, 20 and 22 Cromer Baptist Church and Nos 26 and 28 Church Street together with Nos 1 to 7 (consec) The Gangway including No 1 Surrey Street form a group.
