Cottage and attached outbuilding. Mid C18 and late C18. Red brick. Pantile roofs. Dentil eaves. Mid C18 cottage with rendered right gable stack and single red brick and render stack to the front left. Raised left gable with brick coping. Single storey plus attic, 3 bays. Central doorway with part glazed door flanked by single Yorkshire sashes. All openings are under segmental arches. In the attic is a single dormer with single C20 glazing bar casement. To the right is the taller outbuilding with doorway with wooden door under a segmental arch.
