Cottage. Possibly C16. Timber framed. Close studding with arch braces exposed on first floor of front. Ground floor front covered in roughcast. Sides and rear cased in reddish-brown brick. Wall plate exposed on south wall. Steep pantile roof.

Chimney to south gable end. 2 storeys. Outshot to rear. Heavily restored. Low central entrance with C20 door. C20 windows. A few exposed timbers inside.
