Colowashed roughcast with stone dressings. 3 storeys; 3 sash windows in broad frames and heavy moulded architraves; casement windows some with original leaded panes, to 3rd storey; heavy wood modillion eaves cornice and square hipped old tiled roof; quoins; stringcourses; moulded wood cornice hood doorcase with massive enriched consoles, the hood modern and unmoulded.
