A late C19 red brick building with stucco dressings. Originally 2 houses, it is now divided into flats. 3 storeys, attics and basements. 5 window range on the east and west fronts which are similar in design. Double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing bars, the second storey windows have semi-circular heads and each window range is set in a slightly recessed stucco suuround rising through 3 storeys. The corners have stucco pilasters. The basement storey has rusticated brick with heavy brick rusticated voussoirs to the windows. Roof slate, with a wide modillioned and dentilled stucco cornice. 2 tall chimney stacks rise at each end, walled between with paired semi-circular headed windows in stucco surrounds lighting the attics.
Nos 32 to 84 (even) and Nos 90 and 92 form a group with Nos 25 to 89 (odd).
