Cottage. C17 with C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick infill, corrugated asbestos roof, brick end stacks. 1 1/2 storeys, attic lit by dormers with sping roofs; irregular fenestration, mainly C2O casements, entrance off centre right. Left gable wall rendered with 2 plank weatherings. Framing: 3 structural bays, 3 square panels high to wall-plate, straight angle braces.
