House. Early/mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble with slate roof, Ham Hill stone plinth, stepped coping to gable ends, moulded eaves cornice and doorcase; no stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. All windows have flat gauged stone arches and forward frames. The first floor has mid C19 eight-over-eight-pane sashes, the ground floor has paired 6/6-pane sash to the right and a C20 window to the left. The pedimented doorcase has Tuscan pilasters and a 6-panel door. INTERIOR: To the ground-floor right is a segmental-arched recess with a moulded keystone, a cupboard below it has raised and fielded panels. The room to the left has an enriched reeded cornice.
