Includes Nos. 2 and 4 Parker Street. Shop building. Late C19. Stucco. 3 storeys with attic. 1 bay to Church Street and 3 bays to Parker Street. C20 shop fronts to ground floor. 1st and 2nd floor large bowed mullioned and transomed windows support deep entablature; windows formed of wooden casements with leaded upper lights, flanked by flat pilasters. Pargetted band between floors and frieze over 2nd floor. Panelled attic with rectangular sashed windows with glazing bars. Cornice. Central stucco stack.

Parker Street has 2 bays as Church facade and 1 bay rusticated with round-headed recess with decorated arch and lower casement window, upper blocked window. Entablature with pulvinated frieze and attic with panelled pilasters and window with architrave. Important corner building.
