14/126 Courthill Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse, C17 timber-frame fronted in red brick in early C19 and extended to west in later C19 in red brick. Bridgwater tile roofs, ridge and end stacks. Two storeys. Earlier section, to right has two triple casements each floor, one, to ground floor right, with gauged brick head. Roughcast end wall with corner post of framing exposed. Steeper pitch to rear roof. Later C19 west addition is of similar size, 3-window range with ashlar chamfered-and-stopped flush mullion windows, two 3-lights each floor, door to right with 2-light over.
