Thomas Wiseman, whose brass is in the church, probably lived here. A C16 timber-framed and plastered house with cross wings at the east and west ends, The centre block and east cross wing are jettied on the 1st storey and the centre block has exposed timber-framing on the 1st storey. The timber-framing is also exposed on the east side. There is an original 4-centred doorway with carved spandrels and embattled cornice and there are some old 3 and 4-light leaded casements. The interior has carved and moulded ceiling beams. The roof has original timbers with crown post.
