SU 74 NE CRONDALL BOWLING ALLEY

12/8 Erlands 8.7.52 - II

C17, C18. Main (east) front of 2 storeys and attic, 4 windows. Red tile roof gabled at each end (tile hung at north); wooden fully-moulded cornice with modillions. Red brickwork (Flemish bond), with flat rubbed arches, plinth.

Sashes in exposed frames: south end ground floor has a modern semicircular bay.

Doorway has canopy on brackets, 7-panelled door. Rear (west) shows earlier origin having 3 gables, English bond brickwork, bands to 1st and 2nd floor: case- ments. Modern gabled extensions to west and south.
