1092 (East Side) TOPSHAM Nos 30 and 31 SX 9688 9/874 II GV 2.

Late C17. Timber-framed and pebbledashed. Three storeys, two windows to pair.

Ground floor has late C19 canted bays with slated pentice over central paired doors.

Tripartite sashes above, glazing bars on second floor. Cornice, roof not visible.

No 31 has original spiral staircase.

All the listed buildings in Fore street form a group.
