Pair of attached houses, altered and made into one. Late C17 or early C18, later C18 wing to rear; altered late C20. Coursed limestone rubble with brick gable and ridge stacks, pantile roof. L-shaped plan with later C18 wing facing Church Street. 2-storey, 2-window range to Kingsbury Street, which includes right-hand gable end of earlier 2-storeys-and-attic range. Central recessed door with panelled door, and timber lintels to paired ground-floor 2/2-pane sashes, and 3-light casements above. Right-hand return to Church Street has a low central doorway with chamfered frame, timber lintels to varied late C19 and C20 fenestration, including wide first- and second-floor 4-light casement windows. Blocked left-hand first-floor window. A straight joint to a right-hand C19 2-storey lean-to.

INTERIOR: details of Kingsbury Street range include 3 inch chamfer ground-floor beams, an original timber winder stair to the rear of the left-hand fireplace, with a first-floor 3-plank door with strap hinges, and 3-bay roof with some original tenoned purlins. From the roof is visible one tie beam end and rafters of the later roof to the Church Street range, which has late C18 trusses, a chamfered axial first-floor beam and altered stairs.
