House, now offices. Early C19. Limestone rubble with painted ashlar; brick and ashlar gable stacks and pantile mansard roof. Single-depth plan and rear service range. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Cornice and parapet, pilaster strips, plain central doorway and panelled door, blocked window above.
Paired 6/6-pane sashes, and 2 dormers with hipped roofs and mid C20 casements. Lead downpipe. INTERIOR: through-passage, left-hand dogleg stair, 3-bay roof.
