GV II

House, dated 1759, rubble stone with flush quoins, stone tiled roof and coped gables with ashlar end wall stacks. 2-storey and attic, 3-window range. Moulded eaves cornice. 2 hipped dormers with 9- pane square lights, 3 first floor long sashes in bead moulded raised surrounds. C19 sashes with horizontal glazing bars. String course. Central 8-panel door in moulded stone surround with hood on brackets. Each side a C19 ashlar canted bay window, stone roofed with bead moulded lights, 2 to front, one to sides.

Horizontal glazing bars. Datestone 1759 between upper windows.

Rear gable has thick glazing bar 12-pane sash in a raised bead- moulded surround with dripstone. Ashlar faced rear extension to left.

Interior: C18 closed string winding stair with turned balusters.
