Former outbuilding, now architects office, probably originally cross-wing. Late C14 with C15-C19 alterations; restored c1990.
Timber-frame and render; C18 brick infill; plain tile and Welsh slate roof. 2 bays. South front: 2 storeys; 2 window range: C20, two-light casement and C20 light with louvre; cusped braces; massive rafters visible. Blocked doorway with C20, 2-light casement, under cusped lintel with quatrefoil motifs; rubble plinth. Right returned side: box-framing with small panels and jowelled posts; C20, 3-light casement; steps to undercroft with moulded stonework. East front: 2 storeys, attic and cellar; single-window range: C20 casement. (City of Hereford Archaeology Committee Report, July 1987).
