Shop and dwelling. Mid C19. Stucco; slate(?) roof. 3 storeys; single-window range: tripartite 1/1: 2/2: 1/1 sash with architraves, pilasters and central pediment on paired consoles; sillband; 3 plain sashes with architraves; frieze and parapet; scrolled quoins. To right, 6-panel double-doors with cambered heads, and moulded spandrels, leading to passage, and shop entrance; 2 plate-glass windows with pierced spandrels; all under moulded frieze and hood on prominent consoles with figure-heads. INTERIOR: C19 stairs, with stick balusters to upper flights. 2nd floor: 4-panel doors; architraves to doors and sashes. 1st floor: 2-panel doors; 4-panel doors; architraves and panelled risers to front tripartite window. Ground floor: ceiling cornice. Cellar: inaccessible. Included for group value.
