House. Possibly C15 with fundamental C20 alterations. Painted brick, concrete tiled roof and brick stack. T-plan with one range aligned north/ south and the other projecting westwards. Two storeys. East elevation has three windows, 2-light mid-C20 casements, ground floor has one similar casement to each side of flat-roofed glazed sun-porch with central entry.

Interior of west wing has the base and tie of a pair of cruck blades, the north blade has a moulding running into a pyramidal chamfer-stop, tenoned into the east side of the cruck-tie are two heavy ceiling beams each with straight cut chamfer stops. The upper part of the cruck blades is concealed at first floor level by partitions.
