Has the date 1838 on it. A house in Tudor style. 2 storeys. 5 windows.
Stuccoed front. Slate roof. String course. Gothicised sash windows with dripstones over and glazing bars intact. The west half of the house is flanked by pentagonal buttresses ending in pointed finials, chimney in the centre with gable on each side. The eastern half has an eaves cornice, a pentagonal buttress on its eastern angle and an obtusely-pointed doorway with fanlight of the same shape, dripstone over and Tudor Gothic door. Dated 1838 on north side of house. Photograph of this in NMR.
