GV II
House in street row. Probably mid C19. Small squared coursed limestone, low-pitched slate roof, brick gable stacks, coped verges. Three storeys 2-windows: Ground floor had 12-pane sash and flat-roofed canted one storey bay with small-paned upper lights; centre is glazed door to transome light, flat metal hood on cast iron brackets. First floor has lofty hipped oriel on shaped brackets and with modillion cornice; 2-light casement centre flanked by small curved glass lights. First floor with 2-light C20 casements. High ceiling yield a lofty building, included primarily for group value.
