1902, by J L Ball. Brick; tile roof. Two storeys plus modern attic; 3 bays.

Ground floor with slightly off centre gabled porch with date plaque and single light window to the left and 2 canted bay windows. First floor with central cross window and two 3 light windows with transoms. All windows with leaded lights. In the roof 3 modern gabled dormer windows. To the right a modern garage.
