House, now offices. C16/C17 timber frame, altered and with early C19 frontage. Brick with stucco render. Welsh-slate roof with deep eaves cornice and brick stack to rear. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and cellar, 2-window range. 6/6 sashes to 1st floor, 3/6 sashes above, all with projecting stone sills and those on 1st floor with rendered channelled voussoirs and keystones. Ground floor: 2 canted bay windows with remodelled plate glazing under continuous leaded moulded hood with boarded soffit extending also over moulded doorcase on left with C20 door; cellar grille; painted plinth. INTERIOR: has timber-framing and shows altered roof pitch. Formerly a cooper's premises.
