House in row, part now shop. Early C19 with later alterations.

Red brick in Flemish bond. Plain tile roof with brick dogtooth eaves and central brick ridge stack. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2-window range of plate glass sashes with painted channelled voussoirs, keystones and sills. Ground floor: on left, an added canted bay-window with plate glass sashes, pitched leaded roof and sill; to right, paired doorcases below hipped leaded moulded hood supported by 3 wooden consoles and pilasters, that on left having fanlight with radial glazing bars and 6-panel door, that on right, to passage, having plank door. Painted plinth. INTERIOR: not inspected.
