House. Late C18 with earlier origins. Brick, rendered. Pantile roof.

Plan: 3 rooms with lobby entry to right of centre. Gable end to street.

2 storeys, 4 bays, with 3-bay symmetrical entrance front to right. Plinth.

Doorcase with pilasters carrying entablature and hood, 6-panelled door in reveal. 16-pane flush sashes with sills, with a narrower dummy window above entrance. Stepped eaves. Paired brackets carrying wooden gutter. Axial stack, left end stack, later single-flue right end stack. Left gable end has single 12-pane flush sashes to each floor. Interior. Chamfered spine beams and exposed joists to ground floor right and centre left rooms, the heavier beam in the latter room with cyma stops. Not fully investigated.

Empty and unoccupied at time of resurvey.
