House and adjoining cottage. Early C18 main range with later C18-C19 cottage addition; stuccoed in 1926. Brick, stuccoed. Pantiled roofs.
Plan: main range has 2 rooms with central lobby-entry and stairs in rear outshut; single-room addition to right (The Cottage) has entrance hall on left. Main range: 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows, with 2-storey, single- window addition. Main range has C20 half-glazed door, 12-pane ground-floor sliding sashes, and similar but slightly smaller first-floor sliding sashes.
Ground-floor sill band. Both door and windows in moulded surrounds with raised keys and raised quoined borders. Small circular panel above door.
Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Stone-coped gables with shaped kneelers (coping to left restored). Central axial stack. Later C18-C19 addition set back to right has half-glazed door, single small sashes with margin lights to each floor in similar moulded surrounds to main range, dentilled brick eaves cornice, end stack. Interior: main range has blocked basket-arched fireplace to ground-floor left; 4-fielded-panel doors.
