5411 (North Side) No 62 ST 8558 5/261 II GV 2.
Circa 1851 late Georgian, set back between Nos 61 and 63. 3 storey Bath stone ashlar front with bold dentil and modillion cornice with lions' masks to corona and blocking course; shallow frieze panels above astragal. Rustic quoins; moulded cill bands to ground, 1st and 2nd floors. 4 ranges of windows - 2 light casements to 1st and 2nd floors, sash windows with marginal glazing on ground floor. Windows have architraves and cornices 2nd floor; panelled pilasters and entablatures with pulvinated friezes 1st floor; panelled pilasters and brackets to cornices ground floor. 2 flanking Tuscan doorcases on high plinths, round headed doorways with moulded arches, keys, plain fanlights and panelled doors. Ground floor with horizontal grooving.
Nos 61 to 64 (consec) and railings to No 64 form a group.
