PARISH OF TWYFORD AND STENSON TWYFORD SK 32 NW 3/103 (North Side) Wall and Attached Outbuilding South of Twyford Church GV II

Wall and attached outbuilding. Possibly medieval and C19.

Coursed squared sandstone and red brick. The wall flanks the lane leading up to the church and is of massive blocks of sandstone. Chamfered plinth and chamfered coping. Part way along the wall serves as the lower part of a C19 farmbuilding of red brick with plain tile roof. A doorway and a window with segmental arches are cut through the wall.
